Create parameter file from geom file for geometry v13x, x=a,b,c,d….
1) Create geom file
2) Copy root geom file to geometry/tof
3) Run root -l ‘make_geofile.C(“tof_v13x”)’ to create the geo file named geofile_tof_v13x.root
4) Run root -l ‘create_digipar.C(“tof_v13x”)
4-b) Add a “###################################” line at the end of digi file if missing
5) Copy digi par file to parameter/tof

Step 4-b is somehow needed to avoid a crash caused by the CbmTofDigiParBdf inclusion in the CbmTofContFact
