Magnet geometry v10e

The same magnet geometrie as in magnet_v10e.gdml and magnet_v10e.root
The magnet is positioned at (0., 0., 0.) and has to be moved to the
correct position. This geometry is meant for engeneers and magnet 
developers. Everyboda else should use the magnet_v10e geometries.
