Cut on large/small pads, It was done in the clusterfindertask, should find better solution, 
Code assumes clusters to be in global coordinates, not longer the case. It also assumes TpcClusters to have fields XYZ and UVW, both are used, need to replace logic

add alignmentfile to parameter file
change PSA method to integral
make sure to have config file for GEM-monitor and TPC-monitor
