to build the examples, first build genfit.
with 'make tests', you can build the examples.
The binaries will be in *youBuildDir*/bin/

Most of the examples need a geometry.
It can be built via
'root makeGeom.C'

The output ('genfitGeom.root') has to be put into the *youBuildDir*/bin/ directory.
