To install the program, go through the following steps:
------------------------------------------------------

1. cd igs2g4-00.00.01
2. ./configure --prefix=<path toward igs2g4-00.00.01> --exec-prefix=<path toward igs2g4-00.00.01>
3. make
4. make install


To run the program, go through the following steps:
------------------

1. cd igs2g4-00.00.01
2. ./bin/igs2g4


Remark: Add suffix .exe to the program name if you use cygwin.
